 The Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase

  *Please fill out form completely and specify if you’d like us to mail the card to the purchaser or recipient. Normally, we send the purchaser a receipt with a brochure, magnet and thank you letter from Avalon and the recipient will receive the gift card in an envelope with a written message if specified, a brochure and a magnet.

*we can also send the purchaser the entire package so that they may make their own gift package.
