Who can guide me in choosing my treatments? - Any one of our spa associates can help you plan the perfect spa experience. Unique spa combinations are specifically designed to offer you the most beneficial results.

Is there a minimum age? - Spa guests must be 16 years of age or older. Salon services are available for all ages. No babies Please.

What do I wear during my treatment? - It is customary to be nude during treatments. However, please wear what is comfortable for you. Appropriate disposable spa wear will be provided to you depending on the treatment. You may also bring a bathing suit for the hydrotherapy treatments.

What if I have special health considerations? - If you have high blood pressure, any heart conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, please notify our Spa associate at the time of booking your treatments. Also, please advise us of any medications you are taking. It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your arrival.

When should I arrive? - For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive anywhere between 15-30 minutes prior to your treatment.

What about my comfort? - This is your time and you should fully delight in the experience. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music, notify us at any time of any discomfort or preferences.

What if I am late for my appointment? - Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening it's effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What about my jewelry and valuables? - Lockers are available for personal items. If possible, please leave such items at home.

Should men shave before a facial? - Shaving isn't necessary, but it is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment.

What is the cancellation policy? - If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 72 hours' notice.

What about payment for spa services? - We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments.

Is a Spa lunch available? - Light, healthy and delicious. We offer the freshest, finest meals. Lunch may be added to any service, but is included in all day spa packages. We have specially blended iced teas, hot teas, beverages, coffee and wine. *We recommend that you drink non alcoholic/decaf beverages before and after spa services.

What about gratuities? - In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion, but are not included in price of service.

Are reservations necessary? - Advanced reservations are suggested for spa or salon services. For reservations, please call 813-866-8400. Credit cards will be requested at the time of booking packages, private parties, or any service that blocks out large amounts of time.

What amenities are available? - For your comfort, each spa guest will be given a robe, slippers, private locker, bath and vanity products. We encourage all of our guests to take advantage of our complimentary beverage and snack services, as well as use of our incredibly therapeutic, state of the art infrared sauna.

Considerations? - This is a place of tranquility, therefore relax and respect other guests by turning off cell phones and beepers in the spa. Children may also interrupt your peace of mind; please leave them behind. Thank you.

What does “from” mean before a price? - A: Most of our services range in price depending on the technician performing the service.  Price ranges depend on how requested the techinician is.

What are Contra-indications for Pregnancy? - A: Any services during the 1st trimester of pregnancy are prohibited.  After the first trimester, services may be received but a doctor’s note is required.
